DAY 07 of 7 · Born into porn

A Letter to Your Future Self

You spent six days looking at what growing up online did to your brain, your attention, your relationships, and your sense of self. Not to blame anyone. To understand.

You're in a unique position. You caught this early enough that your brain is still very plastic. The rewiring you do now — in your teens or twenties — shapes the architecture for the rest of your life. People twice your age would trade anything for the neuroplasticity you have right now.

Today, write a letter to yourself one year from now. Not about porn. About who you want to be. What do you want your days to look like? What kind of person do you want to be in a relationship? What do you want to feel when you're alone at night?

Write it down. Keep it somewhere private. Read it when things get hard.

Takeaway

You caught this early. Your brain is still very plastic. The architecture you build now lasts.
